Gigi has been working in the corporate services field for more than 8 years. Apart from Hong Kong companies, she is also familiar with incorporation in different offshore jurisdictions, such as BVI, Samoa, and Seychelles.
Alberto oversees the global operations and expansion of the firm and directly manages five offices in South China (Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Zhongshan, and Hong Kong), three offices in Vietnam (Danang, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City) and the firm’s Singapore and Indonesia operations. Alberto is responsible for the firm’s overall development in overseas markets including its liaison offices in the US and Europe. Alberto specializes in corporate structuring, tax planning, as well as legal and management issues affecting foreign-invested enterprises in China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore, and Vietnam. He is also actively involved as a sitting member of the board for various multinational corporations doing business in these countries.
Sunny oversees Dezan Shira & Associates’ India marketing operations and public relations along with assisting foreign companies with their India investment plans. Sunny has eight years of experience in the fields of marketing, key account management, business development and customer relationship management across IT, telecom and manufacturing industries, among others.
A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Rohit has through his career spanning over 29 years worked in multinational engineering companies in various capacities and positions of responsibility. Rohit brings to Dezan Shira & Associates a diverse and rich experience in starting up and managing companies
